2. Service Agreements

All service engagements are subject to a separate written agreement or written confirmation. These Terms apply to all website usage; specific service terms are defined in individual agreements.

Verbal agreements or commitments by staff not confirmed in writing are not binding.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Published prices are indicative and may vary based on scope, complexity, and volume
  • Hourly rate: $30–$50 USD (depending on service type)
  • Monthly retainer: from $600 USD
  • Annual subscription: from $6,000 USD
  • Sourcing commission: 5–10% of order value (where applicable)
  • Payment terms: as specified in individual service agreements

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly surcharge.

4. Client Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your requirements
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Conduct your own due diligence on suppliers and products
  • Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by us or our partners

5. Limitation of Liability

SourcingCanton.com acts as an intermediary and agent. Our liability is limited as follows:

  • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products sourced
  • We do not guarantee that suppliers will fulfill orders as described
  • We are not liable for losses arising from supplier fraud, product defects, or shipping delays beyond our control
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

6. Intellectual Property

7. Confidentiality

8. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Consultation bookings: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment
  • Ongoing projects: cancellation terms as specified in the service agreement
  • Retainer services: 30-day written notice required for termination
  • Refund policies are defined in individual service agreements

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, trade restrictions, or transport disruptions.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of China. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Guangzhou.
